Please allow 3-5 business days for standard USPS shipping. Standard shipping is free with a cart value over $99 before after discounts. We only ship to the 48 contiguous domestic states of the USA. For International Shipping, use this service: https://www.myus.com/how-myus-works/

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.

Returns

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products. All sales are final. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer satisfaction returns.
  • All defects must be pre-authorized. Please obtain an DMA by contacting customer service.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages.

What if an item is defective?

If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of delivery, we will replace it with the same item. Please click here to contact us, to let us know of the issue, we will then issue you a Defective Merchandise Authorization number (DMA) via email and provide instructions. A DMA NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please take a video and state the following information, your order number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (shipping it back is your responsibility), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

How to make DMA return.

Contact customer service to obtain an DMA number. If submitting a support ticket please include the following information:
  • Your order number, name and email address.
  • Video of the defect.
Lifetime warranty on all the adapters simply pay for shipping for defective or worn out adapters.
